26 April 2024

A new unusual achievement was recorded by the Guinness Book of Records. Aliya Nasyrova became the record holder - her hair is recognized as the longest in the world. Their length is 257.33 cm. At the same time, Aliya herself is 165 cm tall. For such a shock, the girl received the nickname “Real Rapunzel”.

Aliya is active on social networks dedicated to... yes, naturally, hair. She is followed by 224 thousand people on Instagram alone. There is also a link where the blogger can donate for hair care. The process is really difficult. The girl washes her hair once a week. This takes about half an hour; if you need to apply a mask, the time increases to two hours. After washing your hair, combing takes an hour. At the same time, Aliya does not accept blow-drying - her hair naturally dries within a day.

The girl is 35 years old. She is originally from Ukraine and now lives in Slovakia. She works as an artist and graphic designer, and also sometimes acts as a model. In her entire life, Aliya has only cut off her split ends. The record holder admits that for the beauty and strength of her hair, she eats healthy food and does not drink alcohol, and also takes vitamins and massages the scalp.

Alia's hairstyle was inspired by her mother and grandmother, who also had very long hair. The girl herself also considers it her mission to inspire others to appreciate their natural beauty.
