Maserati expands its range of electric vehicles with the luxury Tridente boat (6 photos)

Maserati announces the Maserati Tridente, a luxury boat designed for wealthy customers who are passionate about electric transport. This is the first such project of the Italian brand. Accepting orders is already open, and the estimated price could be 2.6 million.





The boat is about 10.5 meters long and can accommodate eight people. The design of the boat includes a swim platform at the stern and a small cabin with a bathroom below the upper deck. The boat's hull will be made of carbon fiber, the seats will be upholstered in expensive leather, and the pilot will receive information from a large touch screen.

The boat's electric motors develop 600 hp. and run on a 252-kilowatt battery. The boat's stated cruising speed is 46 km/h and maximum speed is 74 km/h. The boat's cruising range is about 70 kilometers, which makes it suitable for pleasure use.

The boats will be assembled at the American shipyard Hodgdon Yachts, and it is proposed to take at least 10 months to build each boat.
