12 photos from a cemetery of old luxury cars that was discovered in Scotland (13 photos)
Where can you see a vintage Jaguar and more? In a luxury car graveyard hidden in rural Scotland.
Just imagine the chances of coming across a vintage car cemetery while walking. Briton Grant Vincent was lucky: while traveling in Scotland, he found a whole collection of rare cars, over which nature had taken over. They stood in the countryside a few kilometers from Edinburgh and very few people seem to know of their existence. Otherwise, the car scrapyard would have become just another Scottish social media location.
This place is located a few kilometers from Edinburgh
Vincent explored the city and ventured into the countryside near the Scottish capital
The Austin and Jaguar collection was collected in a field by some activist
All the cars are very old, they are about sixty years old
In the 1960s these models were very popular and could be found on British roads
They weren't cheap, so Vincent discovered a real treasure
Of course, these rarities “died” long ago: they rusted and can no longer be revived
Nature has taken over everywhere, grass has sprouted somewhere on the cars and tree branches can be seen
The steering wheel is covered in cobwebs and the windows are broken
Everything looks sad under the hood too: the engine is completely rusty
There is a statue of a jaguar on the territory, Vincent decided that it was also installed by the owner of the cars
Apparently he has a passion for old cars, especially Jaguars.
