In Italy, police stopped a 103-year-old woman who drove her car repeatedly through the same streets at night.
The driver turned out to be Giuseppina Molinari, born in 1920. She attracted the attention of the police because she repeatedly drove along the same streets at high speed. The woman had a driver's license that had expired for two years. Also, the pensioner did not have car insurance with her. As a result, the car was detained and taken away on a tow truck. The pensioner was taken home. According to her, she was going to visit friends.
It is noted that Molinari may be the oldest traffic violator in Italian history.
The police permanently confiscated the woman's driver's license in order to completely prevent the possibility of repeated violations. Now the pensioner plans to buy a moped to continue her trips.
