An unfinished high-rise building caught fire in an epic manner in Russia

The nine-story building burned down spectacularly thanks to building materials that caught fire on the 2nd floor.
This morning, residents of Tver watched a spectacular fire. The blazing new building was visible from afar, and a column of black smoke was even noticed even in remote areas.
According to eyewitnesses, the apartment building on Burashevskoye Shosse stood unfinished for some time, and only recently they began to bring it to fruition again, and unsuccessfully.
Eyewitnesses of the fire suggested that the emergency was caused by the carelessness of the workers, who could have accidentally set fire to bitumen or construction mesh - at least, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Tver Region clarified that the fire occurred on the second floor of a high-rise building.
