там ще й сир окрім масла.. тоді можна і ковбаски, помідора, огірок зверху

З такої кількості молока масла набагато менше буде. Збивав – куштував. Тільки тут задовбешся ту ручку крутити. Я віночок в дриль вставляв і в трилітровій банці хвилин за 10 збивав собі масло. Так то пристроем! Міксери перегріваються. І молоко треба сільське, жирне. Брав молоко з вершками і збивав, можливо, вершків там було більш звичайного. Довго, але виходило.
