28-year-old BMW driver collected the jackpot
In Kemerovo, a 28-year-old driver of a BMW X6 misjudged the traffic situation, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with Renault Logan and Kia Rio cars, in which the female driver was injured. When analyzing the circumstances of the accident, he tried to escape. It turned out that he was intoxicated.
As a result, the following materials were compiled for the owner of the BMW:
- for driving into a lane intended for oncoming traffic (faces an administrative fine or deprivation of the right to drive for up to 6 months);
- for driving a car whose glass light transmission does not meet the requirements of technical regulations (an administrative fine is imposed);
- for driving while intoxicated (faces an administrative fine and deprivation of the right to drive for up to 2 years).
In addition, the court imposed a punishment in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 9 days against the driver of the BMW for failure to comply with the lawful request of a police officer.
