The tallest man in the world is looking for his love (10 photos + 1 video)
41-year-old Turk Sultan Kösen is the tallest man in the world. But his height of 2.51 m does not bother him one bit: he has visited more than 120 countries, is known all over the world, works as a farmer and circus performer. After divorcing his wife, with whom he did not get along due to the language barrier, Kösen now travels the world in search of his love.
Turkish farmer Sultan Kösen is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest man in the world. His height is 2.51 m. The man has pituitary gigantism, a disease caused by excess growth hormone. Kösen leads a busy life, travels, meets famous people, and takes part in various events. He recently met for the second time with Indian Jyoti Amge - the smallest woman in the world, whose height is only 63 cm. They first met at the pyramids in Egypt six years ago, and last week they saw each other again in California.

Kösen began to grow rapidly at the age of ten, in 2009 he became the tallest man in the world, and in 2011 he finally stopped growing. All of his relatives are of normal height, so his feature is truly unique. As a teenager, Kosen signed up to play basketball but was told he was too tall to play. Due to his height, he also dropped out of school and began working as a part-time farmer.

“It’s very difficult for me to find a girlfriend. Usually they are afraid of me. I hope that now that I have become famous, I will be able to meet many girls. My dream is to get married,” Kösen said in an interview.
This wish came true in 2013. He met 20-year-old Syrian Merve Dibo, and called her “his only love.” She also said that she truly fell in love with Kösen, despite his external features. But unfortunately, his marriage to a Syrian woman, who was 80 cm shorter than him, ended in divorce due to the language barrier: he spoke only Turkish, and his wife only spoke Arabic. They divorced in 2021, and after the separation, Kösen set out to travel the world to find true love.
In search of love, Kösen visited 127 countries around the world - and even looked for his beloved in Moscow. All this time he worked as an artist in circuses, participated in various activities, and even took part in a culinary show. So far, the man has not met his one and only, but is serious about continuing his search in different parts of the planet.
