A netizen has assembled an almost exact replica of a Renault FT tank from the First World War in his yard. For what? Because it can!
The First World War is memorable for history, in addition to military operations, for the appearance of new types of weapons, in particular tanks. For example, the Renault FT-17 is the first mass-produced light tank.
The tank, which had a circular rotation turret, was adopted by the French army in 1917. It is considered one of the most successful tanks of that conflict.
The tank's crew consisted of two people: a driver and a commander. In total, about 3,500 copies were produced.
