A private plane crashed into a car while trying to land on the highway (1 photo + 3 videos)

What should we call it - an accident or a plane crash? Experts, I have a question for you. 
So, according to preliminary information, both engines of the Bombardier Challenger 604 business jet failed on approach to the airport, and the crew decided to land on the nearest highway. The choice fell on I-75 near the city of Naples, in Collier County.
During the maneuver, the pilot did not calculate the landing trajectory and crashed into one of the passing cars. As a result of the collision, the side and the car caught fire.
There were 5 people on board, three managed to get out on their own, but two died before the doctors arrived. The details and reasons for this emergency landing are currently being clarified.
