In Malaysia, a private plane crashed onto the road on approach to the airport
On August 17, on approach to Kuala Lumpur Airport in Malaysia, a Beechcraft Premier I private jet business jet crashed onto the road. 10 people died - all crew members and passengers in the amount of 8 people, as well as two drivers of a passenger car and a motorcycle.
The plane took off from Langkawi, an archipelago in the Strait of Malacca. Local media reported that a high-ranking passenger, 54-year-old Johari Haroon, a member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly, was on board.
During the flight, no emergency messages were received from the crew.
