Wild animals are increasingly visiting the British capital. For example, foxes ride on public transport, dig through garbage, and at night copulate so loudly that they wake up local residents.
In a video posted on social media, the fox is seen relaxing in the back seat of a bus. The animal casts a menacing glance at the passenger filming it, and certainly does not intend to interrupt the leisurely trip.
There are around 10,000 urban foxes in the capital, according to the London Wildlife Trust.
During the day they relax on garden furniture and walk along the streets. It looks like the animals have learned to live safely in the city.
The heroine of this video looks around and then runs across the road.
Foxes are predominantly nocturnal, but during the day they may be attracted to trash cans and bags of waste.
Despite the furry creatures' daily adventures, Londoners often hear them at night, or rather, their screams during mating. The mating season lasts from December to February, so locals need to be a little patient.
