British extreme sportsman crashed in Thailand (6 photos + 2 videos)
Naty Odinson, from Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, illegally entered the roof of a 29-storey building in Pattaya on Saturday evening. The last seconds of the 33-year-old base jumper's life were caught on video.
On the fateful day, Odinson decided to repeat the practiced jump, but the parachute did not open completely.
Ed Harrison, 39, Naty's brother, is heartbroken. The man said that despite his brother's extensive experience, having completed 5,000 jumps around the world, he made a fatal mistake and jumped to his death.
Neither the operator nor Naty himself noticed that the parachute line was stuck behind the backpack strap.
In the horrific footage, the self-proclaimed "adrenaline junkie" asks if the red light on his helmet is flashing, indicating the camera is recording.
Naty takes off his helmet and presses a button, then checks his parachute.
Then he says “three, two, one, see you” and jumps into the night sky.

Odinson spun in the air. First he ran into a tree and then fell to the ground. Emergency doctors pronounced him dead.
A few days earlier, a base jumper pulled off a similar stunt. Everything went according to plan, the parachute opened.

Pattaya Tourist Police rushed to the scene in Bang Lamung, Chonburi province, where they discovered the British man's body. He was wearing a blue parachute that was not fully deployed.
Security guard Kanet Chansong said: "I heard a sound and thought it was a fallen branch hitting the ground. A woman screamed, I walked up and realized it was a man. He was dead."
According to the security guard, Odinson jumped from the building several times, posing a danger to pedestrians.
He added: "They were making videos for social media. They had done this before and knew it was prohibited."
Kamolporn Police Lieutenant Nadi commented: "The parachute the deceased used to jump was faulty and not centered properly. He was in a terrible state when we arrived. The friend who recorded his jump was questioned and the video was taken into evidence." .
