Robbery of the year: in Russia, a thief wanted easy money and set fire to a mannequin with women’s clothing

He didn’t become richer, but he did get a criminal case.

On January 26, a young man walked into one of the shopping centers in St. Petersburg. He noticed mannequins near a store with women's clothing and immediately decided to get his hands on these fashionable and expensive things.

But there was a problem - all the things were prudently tied to the mannequins with rope. The unlucky thief came up with nothing better than to set it on fire with a lighter.

He did so - and even managed to steal one of the things and leave. And then the fire spread to the mannequin, but store employees managed to put it out.

Well, the thief was subdued by security guards at the exit from the shopping center and handed over to the security forces. The ridiculous “fire show” ended in a criminal case.
