And one of the SpaceX spacecraft has already flown on it. 
Now the path to the stars lies through the cowshed.
Interstellar Technologies tested a rocket engine in December 2023 using fuel made from cow excrement (“When it comes to getting clean, high-performance fuel, cows are the best option. I'm more surprised than pleased. It happens every day.” ). Mizushita keeps 900 cows. They produce 40 to 50 tons of excrement per day. This waste is fermented in a tank to produce biogas. (“Gas is accumulating here in this equipment”). It is then assembled at a nearby gas company plant. It was recently used as rocket fuel by the American space company SpaceX. The company plans to launch rockets using this environmentally friendly fuel as early as the next financial year.
So Elon Musk is triumphant; soon engineers will create mega-rockets that will roam the Universe not only on gas, but also on ordinary dung - it will be easier and more efficient.

And in Japan they believe that the aromatic fuel “will help the country strengthen its energy security, since it does not have its own reserves of coal, oil or gas in sufficient quantities.”
By the way, something similar, but only with the processing of manure into fuel for cars, has already been started more than once. One of the attempts was made by none other than the American energy giant Chevron. In 2021, the company wanted to open a network of enterprises for the production of biomethane and transfer truck transportation in the United States to this “fuel”.
“We think we can influence truck fleets to switch to this fuel,” said the president of Chevron’s fuels and lubricants division in the Americas.
So far this hasn't happened. But the key word here is “yet.” When a giant like Chevron or the much-hyped SpaceX comes into play, they usually follow through.
