In China, a nosy mouse managed to escape from a laboratory assistant and remained undetected for ten minutes. While the woman was desperately looking for her loss, she was sitting on her back. 
CCTV footage from a laboratory in Shanghai shows Tian Yongyi removing test subjects from their cages to weigh them, but three of the rodents escape. The woman frantically searches for the mouse, even lies down on the floor to look under the cabinets, and at this time the animal hides on her back. 
Fortunately, Tian found all the fugitives. 
Chinese animal testing centers have come under scrutiny since the Covid-19 outbreak. There is an opinion that it was a leak from a laboratory in Wuhan that caused the pandemic.
It is unclear what the mice in the Shanghai lab are used for. There is also no evidence that the escape of the mice could lead to any adverse consequences.
