So the poor old people have to take care of themselves as best they can. Which gave rise to a whole culture of photographing other people’s funny chairs.





How the problem appeared

Firstly, there are a lot of old people in China, and they all want to live an active social life. In their youth they worked a lot, but in retirement they want to spend hours socializing on the street, doing gymnastics, listening to music. And just not be at home so as not to disturb the children.
