46-year-old Roman Kochurov was driving his truck along the Yekaterinburg-Tyumen highway. The man felt bad and tried to pull over to the side of the road, but at that time he hit a dump truck passing by. When the traffic police officers arrived, they saw that the man was clearly not himself. They decided he was drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. The traffic cops left the driver in an unheated cab in freezing temperatures of -20. Three hours later, a colleague found Roman and called an ambulance for him.



The man was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a hemorrhagic stroke. The trucker’s wife spoke with the publication “Rise” and said that her husband was in serious condition. At the same time, traffic cops ask to withdraw the statement from the police so as not to ruin the lives of their colleagues, the “good guys” who left a man with a stroke to die in the cold.
