The Italian decided to propose marriage to his girlfriend in one of the most beautiful places in Rome. An admiring crowd gathered around the couple, ready to hear the cherished “Yes.” However, things didn't go as he expected.





It all started beautifully: two people were dancing on Via dei Condotti, one of the oldest and most famous in Rome, and suddenly the guy got down on one knee and asked the question: “Will you marry me?” A street singer performs the famous "O Sole Mio", and touched passers-by gather around, and it seems there is no more romantic moment. However, things didn't go according to plan. The girl immediately showed that she felt awkward - and began to show the guy with gestures so that he would stop all this.



The lady never gave any answer that the public around was waiting for. By that time, many had taken out their phones and began filming what was happening, waiting for the girl to agree. But alas, it turned out that she told the guy several times in Italian: “I’m not ready, I didn’t expect this! And this is why we came to Rome?” Then someone from the crowd asked: “So yes or no?” The lady replied: “No. I didn’t expect that.”
