A 49-year-old man smashed his car's windshield with a garden shovel because of a personal grudge against his neighbor. Before doing this, he carefully placed his phone on the ground to film the entire process. When the deed was done, the vengeful man sent the video to his enemy. Who, of course, immediately wrote a statement and attached video evidence of illegal actions.
