A video appeared on social networks with a naked woman walking around one of the shopping centers in Kursk and shouting something. All this time, a frightened child was next to her.
It is reported that the police have investigated the incident. Representatives of the guardianship authorities also joined her. The collected materials, including the fact of leaving the child in danger, were transferred to the regulatory authorities.
The woman's identity was later established. According to the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, she suffers from a mental illness and is registered. She was hospitalized in a psychiatric clinic.
Now the child is with relatives under the supervision of guardianship authorities and police.
