The official debut of the new all-electric Porsche Macan should take place in early 2024, but for now the company decided to declassify some interior elements and the technologies used.





For the battery-powered Porsche Macan, they developed a new front panel and changed the design of the central tunnel, which was deprived of the gearbox selector. The panel is adapted to install three displays. The central and passenger screens will have a diagonal of 10.9 inches, the instrument panel will have a diagonal of 12.3 inches. The front passenger will be able to control some media functions and navigation using their screen.

The apparent size of the image that the head-up display will be able to generate has not yet been specified, but Porsche has promised that it will be one of the largest on the market. The electronics will be able to display prompts in real time, adapted to the surrounding environment - for example, instructions from the navigation system or the distance to the vehicle in front.

The Macan EV media system will be controlled by an Android operating system. This will allow you to install a number of third-party applications on it, including various streaming services.

It is expected that the electric car's engines will be able to develop up to 600 hp, and they will be powered by a 100-kilowatt battery. It was previously reported that the company does not plan to use either smaller or larger batteries, but will offer the Macan EV with different powertrain options.
