The Minister of Agriculture Carlos Jimenez and the head of the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture of Paraguay Arnaldo Chamorro were deceived by scammers from the Hindu sect, forcing them to sign a “memorandum of understanding” between the Latin American country and the United States of Kailash, which does not exist in nature.

It is known that the sect is led by a mystic, fraudster and criminal named Swami Nityananda, who fled India in 2019, where he is accused of rape and kidnapping. As for the United States of Kailasa, it is represented only on the Internet. Heading the virtual country, the self-proclaimed guru Nityananda describes his state as “the revival of the ancient enlightened Hindu civilizational nation, which is being revived by resettled Hindus from all over the world.”

The head of the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture, Chamorro, told reporters before his dismissal that the signed memorandum cannot be considered an official document. But he admitted that he did not know where Kailasa was, but this did not stop him, since representatives of a non-existent country offered Paraguay assistance in solving many pressing problems, including irrigation.

For their part, Paraguayan officials, in a document that bore ministerial letterhead and an official seal, promised to establish diplomatic relations and "support the admission of the United States of Kailasa as a sovereign and independent state into various international organizations, including, in particular, the UN."



Let us add that Paraguayan officials are not as stupid and imprudent as they seem at first glance. Rather, it is the sectarians of Kailasa who are incredibly cunning and cunning. The Guardian reports that this year representatives of the virtual country were able to deceive even the UN and took part in one of the organization’s meetings in Geneva. They also signed similar “memorandums” with local leaders in the USA and Canada.
