A mega hurricane swept along the entire Black Sea coast. The superstorm began on November 26, and its peak came on the night of November 27. In occupied Crimea, destroyed structures, cars washed into the sea, and damaged roads were recorded. There are also casualties among people.
A superstorm has come to the residents of the Black Sea coast. Numerous videos and photographs of eyewitnesses testify to the situation over the past 24 hours.
This is Evpatoria. The sea overflowed so much that it flooded the central street. People stand on rooftops, lighting themselves with flashlights so that rescuers can see them.
A local television reporter is trying to film a report, but the strong wind makes it impossible to make out the words. The speed of the hurricane wind on the Tarkhankut Peninsula, in Evpatoria, Sevastopol and in villages on the western coast, the wind reached 25-26 meters per second, and in the village of Chernomorskoye gusts of up to 40 meters per second were recorded.
Many settlements on the peninsula were left without electricity. Almost 500 thousand residents of Crimea are sitting without electricity.
Hurricane winds knocked down trees and damaged gas pipelines. Due to flooding, the Saki-Evpatoria highway is blocked, and a detour has been organized. The movement of trolleybuses on the Simferopol-Yalta mountain road has also been suspended for the time being, and people are being transported from the route by buses.
Residents filmed similar videos all along the Crimean coast:
