This is how they punished the children for minor pranks.
On November 19, in Moscow, two men, 59 and 36 years old, caught a group of schoolchildren. Allegedly, the children knocked on their apartment door and ran away.
A 10-year-old boy told his mother that a neighbor dragged him into an apartment on the second floor where a second man lived. They started asking the schoolboy: “Who knocked on the apartment? Are these your friends?” The men then dragged the child outside and forced him and other neighborhood children to kneel, forcing each to give their address, a local resident said.
One of the “educators” armed himself with a stick and spanked the children.
