Journalists filmed a story near the Tandoor restaurant in the village of Kozin, where former high-ranking employees of the Office of the Prosecutor General were seen. When the security of one of the guests noticed the filming, they began to obstruct the journalists, and one of them hit the camera and struck Tkach.
