Singapore is generally considered one of the most technologically advanced cities in the world, but they do not forget about nature. So, a law was passed there - when constructing a new building, developers are obliged to create the same amount of green space in area as the site occupies. Maybe in Moscow we should also plant the roofs of houses with conifers?
