14-year-old student stabbed his teacher

The attack was recorded by the school's video surveillance system. In the video, the 14-year-old juvenile is standing in front of the board. The teacher, identified by authorities as Patricia Eugenia Burciaga Davila, 59, gets up from her chair and walks toward the classroom door when the young man stabs her three times in the back and then in the head and face.

The teacher fell to the floor and the minor ran out of the classroom.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the teacher was hospitalized at the ISSSTE clinic. The teenager was detained by school teachers and taken to hospital because he injured his right arm in the attack.
