On the morning of November 2 in St. Petersburg, near house No. 216 on Moskovsky Prospekt, a cyclist crashed into a Renault Logan car standing in a traffic jam, after which he hurried to flee the scene of the accident. An elderly man who was driving a damaged foreign car got out, briefly examined the car, got back behind the wheel and also drove away.
