In the Surgut shopping center "City Mall" they decided to organize a costume show "Halloween in Rus'". It was attended by schoolchildren-cosplayers, about 25 people, each no more than 15 years old.
And they were attacked by guys in black.
The girls panicked, a group of cosplayers, about 20-25 people, rushed to the toilet to wash off their makeup so that they would not be attacked. A group of teenagers, boys and girls, broke in, spat in the children’s faces, pulled out a knife and said that they would now kill everyone. They were scared away by adults, eyewitnesses said. - One cosplayer was sprayed with antiseptic in the eyes and sprayed with spray paint, another girl was hit with a stun gun.
The one who was sprayed in the eyes was later sent to the hospital. But none of the teenagers wrote a statement about the attack. Only the organizers of the costume show contacted the security forces:
The identities of all participants have been established, but only the organizers of the holiday contacted the police. Neither the shopping center employees nor the parents wrote a statement.
