A citizen showed up at the St. Petersburg veterinary clinic “Cityvet” and offered to buy some ointment from him at half price. Having heard the refusal, he said: “And like this?” and pulled out an F-1 grenade.

Then he politely said goodbye and left. Before that, he drew attention to the cat Marquis and said that he was “so cool.”
