Parties when you're a little over 30

We must remember that 30 years is a very tricky age. It would seem that you are at the very dawn of your strength, but your body is slowly starting to hint that it’s time to slow down a little and think about your health. It’s clear that at 20 years old you can dance from night to morning, then sleep for a couple of hours and go on partying. And already at the age of 30 you can “crunch” so much that the fun can end at the very start.
