Brazil through your own eyes (31 photos)
Let's start with the capital. Brasilia is an artificial city built in the shape of an airplane fuselage.
In fact, locals call the capital Brazil. But the country is Brazil. That’s why the inhabitants are not Brazilians/Basilians, but Brazilians). On April 21, 1960, President Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira moved the capital of Brazil to the city of Brasilia, which became the third capital of the country after Salvador and Rio de Janeiro.

In 1987, the city was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Now let's go to Rio
Copacabana beach. Not so long ago, Rio was quite dangerous for white tourists. But before the World Cup, the favelas were thoroughly cleared and now Rio is quite safe if you don’t go into bad areas
Copacabana smoothly flows into the equally famous beaches of Ipanema and Leblon
