Christian Cowan sent a model down the catwalk dressed as a huge plush ball and didn’t think of making holes for her eyes.
The poor thing crashed into Sam Smith's podium, then into the audience in the first row, and on the way back fell, entering the altar. People from behind the scenes led her away by the arms.
