In Poland, the rental housing market has invigorated, and prudent people have understood how to make money.
People on social networks are surprised at the resourcefulness of a Pole from Wroclaw, who turned his apartment into a mini-hotel. For this he built partitions and received 25 rooms with an area of about three square meters each. The cubicles only fit a bed and a couple of shelves on the wall. Not every compartment even has a window.
For accommodation in such conditions, a Pole charges $320 per person. tenant. As a result, the entrepreneur’s monthly profit is quite solid.
