43-year-old hotel owner Natalie Newton

Hotel owner Natalie Newton says: "The only thing they didn't take it's shampoo and soap from the bathroom. I can't believe such impudence - the man also smiled at the surveillance camera on stairs. They were very friendly when we checked in, but it seemed to me strange that, apart from a woman's handbag, they had no luggage."

The owners of the hotel estimated the theft at £200 and posted photos from security cameras in in social networks.

They also provided the police with video from cameras and detailed a description of a couple that is easily recognizable by their "unkempt appearance".

Natalie and her husband, chef Ben Randall, opened the hotel in 2019. Prior to that, the family ran the pub for 20 years.

"We did not work for long, and then the coronavirus. It wasn't easy. Now we can barely keep afloat, and when guests behave like this, it's just disgusting. We'll find out Who are they. Someone will definitely recognize them," Natalie is sure.

Natalie and Ben think the thieves had a Welsh accent perhaps they live 80 km from the hotel. Dyfed Powys police confirmed who is investigating.
