A resident of the capital of Albania, while under the influence of alcohol, drove a German-made car and did not notice how he ended up on top of a dam built on a lake.
The road incident that occurred on August 22 was captured by a surveillance camera.
The passenger car overcame the slope and crashed into a barrier at a height of more than 15 meters above the level of the reservoir.
