"I painted every day until midnight, and sometimes until two o'clock night, says Chris. - First I chose a picture, made a sketch, and then I circled it with a marker. It was difficult. If I made a mistake then I had to cover it with white paint. This is my first experience ever I can't draw."

Chris, a native of Hong Kong, said: "I am encouraged and I hope that people will like this concept and they will come to try the Japanese kitchen."
