Caused a serious accident and fled

The accident happened in the Leningrad region. The driver of a Honda Accord car, while overtaking on a busy highway, first pushed an oncoming van to the side of the road, and then sent a Toyota Carmi car to a passing roadside, the driver of which lost control, flew into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Skoda car.
