In Odessa, a patrol policeman knocked out a man
This is simply not acceptable!

And here is the office. patrol police comment on a cop who knocked out a man in Odessa.
They write that the man behaved aggressively, provoked the patrolmen and cursed. Requests to calm down did not help, and one of the police officers used force.
The patrol has already been removed. There will be an investigation.
