Failed brakes cause horrific crash

In the Tajik city of Kulyab, a truck with failed brakes rammed seven cars and flew into residential buildings. As a result of the accident, 10 people died, including a 37-year-old truck driver and 13 people with injuries of varying severity were hospitalized.
