Five people died after a plane crashed into a hangar with people in Poland
The Cessna plane crashed into a hangar where people were hiding from the weather. The tragedy occurred in the Novodvorsky district of Poland.
The light-engine aircraft, from which the paratroopers were jumping, lost control while landing and crashed into a hangar with people in the village of Hrcinno, located 40 km from Warsaw. As a result, five people died, about 12 were injured. The incident took place yesterday around 19:00 local time.
The hangar was a temporary structure in case of bad weather. People hid in it from the hurricane, who hurried to find shelter, but found - death.
According to media reports, the pilot of the plane died, and four of the injured are in serious condition.
Four helicopters from Warsaw, Plock, Olsztyn and Sokolov-Podlyasky took part in the rescue action, Yustina Sochatskaya, press secretary of the aviation medical detachment, said.
