Judging by the footage from the DVR, the woman was returning with purchases and stopped to get water from the bag. At that moment, a scooter flew into her. True, the woman was not taken aback and launched a bag of chips at the guy.
None of the participants in the accident was seriously injured - after the incident, they went about their business.
