A hurricane-force wind hit the Chinese city of Yiling, the speed of which reached 36 meters per second. On one of the streets, a gust lifted a metal canopy into the air along with people. The structure was installed over the cafe, and visitors, along with the staff, tried to hold the counters, but to no avail.
