The accident happened on May 1 at 15:25 in Cheboksary at the intersection of Kadykov and Bauman streets. As the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Cheboksary reported, "a 14-year-old teenager on an electric scooter was run over by a Solaris car driven by a 22-year-old driver. The student was seriously injured and was hospitalized. The circumstances of the incident are being established."
