The owner of an expensive car became a pedestrian on his own initiative, when, finding himself between two closed barriers, he chose perhaps the most stupid decision.

What motivated the American motorist remains unknown, but he lost his vehicle overnight.

A video camera located in the train driver's cab captured how the culprit of the collision at the very last moment still managed to leave the car and escape.

The video, posted on a major foreign portal, caused a wide resonance among Internet users, many of whom felt that the main character of the story was too stupid or committed some fraud with insurance.

Maybe the barriers are damaged and the fine for them exceeds the value of the car?
