Not too careful handling of packages from customers of a well-known online store
A resident of Moscow captured how some employees of a large Russian online store handle customer orders. A video posted online shows a courier throwing boxes from a branded car.
Representatives of the company reacted to the video and told the journalist of the Reedus publication about the consequences for the courier.
"Of course, the delivery of parcels in this way is absolutely unacceptable. We have suspended the courier for a gross violation of the rules for handling goods. We have checked the condition of the goods from this delivery, they are intact. We are also conducting additional briefings with all couriers and employees of sorting centers in order to prevent such situations in the future."
