In Chelyabinsk, on Komsomolsky Prospekt, an 18-year-old teenager on a scooter knocked down an elderly woman and did not think of anything better than to escape from the scene of the accident. The woman needed medical attention. The cowardly scooter was found and protocols were drawn up against him under administrative articles - for traffic violations that caused minor or moderate bodily harm and failure to fulfill duties in connection with an accident.
