In the Tyumen region, a small but very active Chihuahua has become the cause of a conflict between local residents. The pet scared the man's daughter and he grabbed the dog by the neck.
The man explained his act by saying that the dog was without a muzzle. The owner of the dog claims that shortly before the shooting began, the man threatened to kill the pet on a pole.
