Muscovite sprayed pepper spray in a subway car and earned a criminal article
Another genius showed another way to pick up an article from the floor.
This morning, in a packed subway car, a 22-year-old resident of the capital managed to use an aerosol can for self-defense, which he will regret for a long time to come.
The conflict, as reported by the police, occurred due to the remark of an 18-year-old guy - he asked not to push. Word for word, and between the guys there was a fight, during which the first one used pepper spray. Passengers who were in close proximity to the fighting began to suffocate. Things almost came to a panic, but fortunately, the station was nearby and people left the salon as soon as the doors opened.
Judging by the cheerful look of the detainee, he has not yet realized the gravity of the situation.
The driver was immediately informed about the incident and the police detained the violator at the next station. As reported in the department, a criminal case was opened against the hooligan under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism"). The young man faces up to 7 years in prison. They did not place him in a pre-trial detention center, limiting themselves to a written undertaking not to leave.
